A collaboration between RHS and Mind, Sprout is a monthly subscription box inspired by research into how gardening and nature can benefit mental health and wellbeing.

 The box arrives at the start of every month containing seeds specifically chosen for their health benefits, alongside everything needed to grow them indoors. By the end of the month the seeds will have sprouted, and will be ready to be planted outside ready for the next seed to arrive in the post.
